Educational Empowerment: To elevate the public education sector to world standards by utilizing modern technologies.

Agricultural Upliftment: To ensure due consideration for farmers and a fair market for agricultural products.

Wonderful Vandoor: Strengthen the work of Harithakarma Sena with the aim of a garbage-free village and adopt scientific methods for solid waste management.

Women Empowerment: Ensure economic self-reliance of women through Kudumbashree and other employment schemes.

Water Conservation: Protect natural springs like Vaniyampalam Para and expand rainwater harvesting schemes.

Digital Services: Strengthen e-governance systems to make the Panchayat administration completely people-friendly.

Poverty Alleviation: Effectively implement schemes like 'Life Mission' that provides houses to the homeless and bring the marginalized to the forefront.

Tourism Development: Develop areas including Vaniyampalam Para as tourist destinations in a manner that does not harm the environment.
